Cloud Server charges are billed monthly but may vary from month-to-month depending on the amount of CPU, RAM and Disk resources that choose. Here's how your invoices are calculated:

First Month

1. Choose a Cloud Server template

Each template has a fixed monthly pre-paid price component which includes any 3rd-party licensing costs.

Linux OS-only

Linux Web Server

Linux Web & MySQL

Windows Web Server

Windows Web & MS SQL

2. Configure resources

Although you can specify the amount of CPU, RAM and Disk resources that you need when you order your Cloud Server, each Cloud Server template has a minimum amount of resources for which you will pre-pay. Resources are priced as follows:

Per 25% CPU (core)

£5.40

Per 256MB RAM

£5.40

Per 25GB Disk

£6.00

Per GB Traffic

£0.10 (500GB included FREE)

Note: different templates may have different minimum resource values.

Monthly recurring

On the first day of your next monthly billing cycle, your credit card will be automatically charged depending on the amount of resources you have set during the previous month:

3. The first component of your monthly repeat charge is the template & minimum resource charge (as described in steps 1 & 2 above). This is pre-paid for the coming month.

4. The second component of your monthly repeat charge is for the actual amount of resources used over and above the minimum resources. This is post-paid for the previous month.

Note: resource values are charged per day based on the maximum value for that 24-hour period.
