Deploy & Maintain

Whether you want to host with DNS Europe, or with another hosting provider or even if want to deploy an in-house Private Cloud, we can provide assistance at every stage of deployment including infrastructure planning, equipment specifications, setup and network configuration.

We can also configure detailed monitoring of your application and network and provide warnings via email or sms for any problems detected.

Our maintenance options include daily monitoring and updating of your Cloud OS platform, maintenance of deployed Cloud Servers & Virtual Infrastructure. In addition we welcome requests to provide on-demand outsourcing for your applications and services.

Providing a monthly health-check on your Private Cloud is another service that we offer to ensure everything is ticking along nicely and to allow you to react in advance to head-off any impending performance issues.

Audit & Security

For many of our customers, employing a full range of skills in-house to successfully build, deploy and maintain a Cloud Application or Service is simply not cost-effective. In addition to our design, build and maintain services we offer a periodic Audit service which, although primarily focused on Security Issues, presents a useful opportunity to evaluate the App and Infrastructure as a whole.

Our Audit process focuses on the various elements of the Service stack including the App, Cloud Servers, Virtual infrastructure & networking as well as reviewing the security policies for access to the system including firewall, access control, user permissions management, patching & updates.

The output of the Audit process is a report outlining our recommended actions for improvement plus a plan for ongoing monitoring of any issues raised in the report.
